Japanese Scientists Say Our Universe Is a Hologram

Neo Knowledge, Life, Trippy, Video

There are many points of view on the origin of the universe: from scientific theories and single hypotheses, to philosophical and religious assumptions. One of the most common is the so-called Big Bang theory, according to which, the universe originated more than 13 billion years ago and is constantly expanding. Now, Japanese researchers presented evidence to suggest that the universe is in fact nothing but a projection. A team of Japanese researchers presented evidence that the universe is actually a giant hologram, writes Huffington Post. They managed to do this by analyzing the hypothesis of the theoretical physicist Juan Maldacena. Several years ago, the scientist suggested the way in which the holographic principle may be realized. Madlacena found the connection between string theory and gauge theory (supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory). According to the model proposed by Maldacena, gravity in the universe arises because of the finest vibrating strings. This idea created enthusiasm in the science circles because with its help a popular, but not yet proven string theory gets a solid foundation. In their articles, researchers at the University of Ibaraki …

Thought we banned cocaine for health reasons? NOPE – Not even close. The Racist War on Drugs

Neo Drugs, Knowledge, Life, Video

If you ask the question why are some drugs legal and others illegal. Why are cigarettes and alcohol legal and pharmaceuticals in the middle and these other drugs — marijuana and, you know, other ones illegal? You know, some people sort of inherently assume well this must be because there was a thoughtful consideration of the relative risks of drugs and, you know — but then that can’t be because we know alcohol is more associated with violence than almost any illegal drugs. And cigarettes are more addictive than any of the illegal drugs. I mean, heroin addicts routinely say it’s harder to quit cigarettes than it is to quit heroin.

Michael Tellinger : Ancient technology and the Ubuntu movement

Neo Documentary, Knowledge, Life, Trippy, Video

Michael Tellinger is a scientist, explorer and internationally acclaimed author who has become an authority on the origins of humankind and the vanished civilisations of southern Africa. Scholars have told us that the first civilisation on Earth emerged in a land called Sumer some 6000 years ago. New archaeological and scientific discoveries made by Michael Tellinger, and a team of leading scientists, show that the Sumerians and even the Egyptians inherited all their knowledge from an earlier civilization that lived at the southern tip of Africa more than 200,000 years ago… mining gold. Michael Tellinger presents just some of the startling scientific evidence that led to his groundbreaking discoveries and conclusions. He further suggests how we can learn from those early humans in our search for peace and a harmonious, unified world, with abundance for all.

Nasa-funded study warns of ‘collapse of civilisation’ in coming decades

Neo Life, News

Modern civilisation is heading for collapse within a matter of decades because of growing economic instability and pressure on the planet’s resources, according to a scientific study funded by Nasa. Using theoretical models to predict what will happen to the industrialised world over the course of the next century or so, mathematicians found that even with conservative estimates things started to go very badly, very quickly. Referring to the past collapses of often very sophisticated civilisations – the Roman, Han and Gupta Empires for example – the study noted that the elite of society have often pushed for a “business as usual” approach to warnings of disaster until it is too late.
